Plascon has been operating in South Africa for over 130 years,<\/span> growing from humble beginnings to the largest <\/span>coating\u2019s<\/span> manufacturer in<\/span>Southern Africa. We started with the core values that Kansai Plascon strives<\/span> to achieve to design products that improve the lives of our customers through<\/span> constant innovation. Plascon spans the coating markets supplying decorative,<\/span> professional,<\/span> and automotive products to the retail and industrial<\/span> markets<\/span> respectively.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our<\/span> R&D<\/span> Headquarters in Japan consists of five research institutes and one<\/span> research testing<\/span> center<\/span>. One-third of all Kansai<\/span>Paint<\/span> employees in Japan are<\/span> involved in research and development activities relating to Basic Research,<\/span> Coating Development, Application<\/span> Development and Colour Design.<\/span><\/p>\n
